Money Solutions has partnered with ING DIRECT to deliver advice for the bank's new superannuation product, ING DIRECT Living Super.

The phone-based advice service aims to provide scalable and affordable fee-for-service advice.

Money Solutions chief executive Ross Bowden said both companies provided customer-centric services.

"It's fitting that the pioneer of phone-based advice has now partnered with the pioneer of online banking in Australia," he said.

The Money Solutions advice model is delivered to members directly via a money coach or retirement specialist, according to Bowden.

ING DIRECT launched its super product earlier this month, which ING DIRECT chief executive Vaughn Richtor said offered members control, fee transparency, simplicity, and customer service.
