Total Financial Solutions (TFS) has announced the appointment of a new chief executive officer and new independent chairman.

The group, the largest member firm within Countplus, announced the appointment of Andrew Kennedy as CEO and former FPA chief executive, Mark Rantall, as chairman.

Countplus chief executive, Phil Aris confirmed the appointments today and said the company was pleased with the new team.

Kennedy succeeds Marcelo Fernandez in the CEO role and was previously the firm's general manager of Growth.
