Macquarie Private Wealth has appointed a new head of strategic financial planning in South Australia.

The company announced today that it had appointed former Tower state manager for South Australia and Darwin, Jon Wells, to the role.

Macquarie Private Wealth head of wealth management Jane Watts said Wells’ extensive experience working within the South Australian community would help ensure the team maintained its strong focus on meeting the specific needs of Adelaide investors.

“Adelaide is a unique market and it is important to us that our business is appropriately equipped to meet the needs of investors there,” she said.
