Management shake-up at AMP


AMP Limited has undertaken a senior management shake-up in a move it says is aimed at driving short-term business performance delivering longer-term growth.
The shake-up sees three senior executives leave the organisation – Pauline Blight-Johnston as group executive, insurance, super and risk management, Rob Capriloi as group executive, advice and banking and Wendy Thorpe, group exeuctive, operations.
The new structures sees Paul Sainsbury lead the wealth solutions and customer division, Jack Regan leading advice and New Zealand, Sally Bruce responsible for AMP Bank, Megan Beer take on insurance with technology and operations beign run by Craig Ryman and enterprise risk management run by Saskia Goedhardt. AMP chief executive Craig Meller said the new group structure delivers sharper focus on performance in the core Australian businesses, drives efficiency across the group and provides increased emphasis on the growth drivers in the portfolio.
