CommInsure has launched a new product which it claims will allow financial advisers the ability to offer clients quotes on CommInsure life insurance products anytime, anywhere.

The product is mobileCALQ, which the insurer is marketing as a new mobile-friendly webpage.

CommInsure said the webpage, available to all financial advisers using mobile devices or tablets, provides the same functionality as its original CALQ offering.

Commenting on the new product, CommInsure general manager, retail advice Tim Browne said it reflected technological advances.

"Advances in technology have not only changed the way we experience and interact with the world around us, but also the way we do business," he said.

CommInsure's new mobile-friendly webpage mobileCALQ is now available for financial advisers by accessing http://m.comminsure.com.au on their mobile devices or tablets, and logging in using their CommInsure adviser site credentials.
