Valued at approximately $2.1 trillion dollars, the sector provides investors with a diverse investment universe; the top 10 global listed real estate companies make up 20% of the market, compared to the ASX200 where the top 10 stocks comprise 45%. What's more, the sector has enjoyed strong performance over the past 15 years.
