An interview interrupted
With Lunar New Year taking place in January, Outsider had been expecting to see various Chinese processions and lions taking over Sydney to mark the Year of the Rabbit.
What he didn’t expect was for it to take place during one of his own interviews.
Sitting outside a café in Sydney’s Barangaroo, Outsider and his interviewee were startled to hear a procession of several loud drums and two large Chinese lions dancing around the plaza midway through their chat.
As the noise reached a crescendo, Outsider and his companion were unsure how to proceed with the interview. Should they hold out until it went away or seek alternative locations?
“WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE QUALITY OF ADVICE REVIEW?” Outsider yelled across the table.
Unfortunately for Money Management readers, he’ll never know what the reply was because he couldn’t hear a thing.
