Ignition Wealth launches new XLPAN solution offering
Ignition Wealth’s XPLAN manager services package will include a new offering from 1 September, aiming to increase efficiency and response timings.
The XPLAN Priority One Assist Service would provide XPLAN sites with customised resources along with four hours of technical support per year.
“If your practice is using XPLAN, any breakdown can impact your business efficiency. We know practices need a fast, efficient and expert response,” said Ignition Wealth head of sales and marketing, Richard Liverpool.
The offering will also include XPLAN strategy text inclusions and code snippets, same day response for calls before 12pm new, and an annual 10 Point Data Integrity Report.
“For the majority of practices it is impractical and financially unjustified to have full-time support in house,” Liverpool said.
The solution would be available from 1 September.
