Stronger Super gets mixed reaction

The Financial Ombudsman Service will be effectively operating in the dark once the FOFA reforms are introduced, according to Argyle Lawyers principal Peter Bobbin. The claim was made as the Government finally released details of its Stronger Super legislation, which received a mixed reaction from the financial services industry.
