Online financial services group Bourse Data has continued its aggressive program of expansion with the establishment of a superannuation business unit.

The announcement of the acquisition comes within weeks of the group’s announcement that it will house research group Assirt under a deal with St George Bank.

Former AXA and Norwich senior executive Alun Stevens will head the new unit.
