More details have been announced about the development of a new end-to-end service for the self-managed superannuation funds (SMSF) sector from superannuation software and compliance provider BGL Corporate Solutions and technology company OneVue.

The two companies will combine to offer clients the ability to handle all aspects of SMSF establishment, transactions, administration and reporting.

The service automates the flow of data between BGL’s SMSF software Simple Fund and OneVue’s unified managed account.

One of the main features of the service will be the ability to automatically load previous-day transactions, sourcing data from over 100 feeds from banks, brokers, financial institutions, platforms and financial planning software suppliers.

This removes the need for advisers, accountants and fund administrators to process transactions manually.

Another feature of the service will be the ability of BGL clients to access their data at any time through an online portal.

The Australian Financial Services group will be an early adopter of the service when it launches SMSF Select to its advisers in June.
