Wilson HTM Investment Group has kicked off the new year with the appointment of Don Mackenzie its new company secretary.
Mackenzie replaces Karen Penrose, who steps down after two stints in the dual roles of acting CFO and company secretary, the first beginning in April 2010 and most recently from March 2013.
Commenting on Penrose's departure from the role, acting CEO Sandy Grant said "Karen's financial leadership has assisted the company during a challenging period".
Mackenzie was previously the CFO and chief operating officer at Accounting Management Solutions.
Philipa Abbott will continue to hold the role of assistant company secretary, while Todd Curby and Shaun Sanders will remain as group financial controllers.
