Euroz Limited’s wholly owned subsidiary, Westoz Funds Management (WFM), has announced Tim Banfield and Jaime Underdown would join its $252 million Perth-based investment team.

Banfield would join the WFM team as head of distribution and would oversee the marketing and business development for the firm.

Banfield worked at OM Strategic Investments in Sydney, subsequently acquired by Man Investments Australia, where he was head of retail marketing and a director of the company.

Most recently, he was managing director of distribution at NWQ Capital Management.

Underdown would join WFM as chief operating officer from his role as head of investor relations at Platinum Mortgage Securities.

Current executive director, Philip Rees, would move to a non-executive role and remain on the investment committee.
