VicSuper updates advice tool
VicSuper’s digital guidance and advice tool, Beeline, has been updated, with members to experience a refreshed user interface and coach avatar to guide them through their engagement.
The tool, which allows members to engage with their super through a guided experience linked to their super account and access personal advice at no additional cost, has also been enhanced to provide pre-retirees with the opportunity to explore their options for planning for retirement.
New topics available on the tool include: contributing to debt vs super, insurance needs and premiums, retirement planning and transitioning to retirement.
VicSuper’s chief executive, Michael Dundon, said the tool responds to the need for a simple, intuitive experience to help members easily set goals for their finances and track their progress in real time.
