Former Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia chief executive, has resigned as chief executive of environmental, social and corporate governance firm, Regnan.

The company announced today that Vamos has resigned “to pursue other interests”.

The company announcement said the Regnan board had expressed its thanks to Vamos for her significant contribution over the last 12 months and wished her well in her future endeavours.

It said the board had commenced a detailed strategic review to ensure the needs of Regnan’s clients continued to be met, particularly in a changing superannuation environment.

The announcement said that Alison George, Regnan’s Head of Policy and a long-time senior employee, would lead the business on an interim basis until the outcomes of the strategic review were determined.
