Tribeca appoints co-portfolio manager

Fund manager, Tribeca Investment Partners, has appointed Craig Evans to the newly created role of co-portfolio manager for the Tribeca Global Natural Resources Fund.

Evans will be based in Sydney, and report to managing director, David Aylward.

The company's announcement said Evans would concentrate on building on the absolute return and global investment capabilities of Tribeca, with his particular focus being co-portfolio manager of the Global Natural Resources Fund.

The announcement said that for the past 15 years, Evans had gained experience including managing long/short investing, trading and financing businesses across the US, Europe, Asia and Australia for Macquarie Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
