Towers Watson grows Australian investment team


Towers Watson Australia has strengthened its investment team with the hire of two investment consultants and three investment analysts.
Appointed to the consultant roles are Sean Brereton and former Russell Investments investment analyst Dania Zinurova.
Brereton will be based in Melbourne and will focus on client consulting, while Zinurova will specialise in private markets manager research in Sydney.
Brereton was previously associate director at Access Capital Advisers where he consulted on manager selection, portfolio construction and capital markets research. Zinurova joins the business from Towers Watson UK.
Jonathan Grigg will join the Towers Watson client consulting team in Melbourne as an analyst along with Richard Cooney, who transfers from Towers' superannuation consulting team.
Majan Tharmanathan has also been appointed as an investment analyst, and will be part of the Sydney-based client consulting team.
