Topdocs and BGL extend integration

Legal document provider Topdocs has announced an extension of its range of integration tools within BGL’s company compliance software, CAS 360.
In a joint announcement issued this week, Topdocs and BGL said the new integration, available via Topdocs’ online platform, enabled users to register a new company with Topdocs, and have the company instantly set up in CAS 360 with a single online application form.
It said that through Topdocs’ direct link with the Australian Business Register, users could also have the ABN | TFN online application for the company fully populated, free of charge, as part of their order.
The new option could be utilised when users were creating stand-alone companies, as well as ordering a new corporate trustee as part of a self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF), discretionary trust or unit trust establishment.
Commenting on the development Topdocs director, Michael Spakman said the integration was designed to further extend the efficiencies CAS 360 provided to users.
BGL managing director, Ron Lesh describe the integration as a “win-win’” for both companies and their mutual clients.
