TIAA Henderson RE strengthens team

Global real estate firm, TIAA Henderson Real Estate has moved to strengthen its Australian team with a key appointments.

The company said this week it had appointed former Challenger executive, William Keaveney, as a Senior Real Estate Analyst.

It said that in the newly-created role, Keaveney would be responsible for providing analytical support, research and analysis across core functions of the business, including equity and debt real estate investment.

It said that in doing so, Keaveney would work closely with the company's Head of Capital Transactions in Australia, Stephen Philp.

The announcement said the appointment would build on TH Real Estate's capability in regard to analysis of new and existing investments in Australia and the Asia region.
