Standard Life adds to MAI team


Global investment manager, Standard Life Investments has made a key appointment to its multi-asset investment (MAI) structuring team.
The company announced this week it had appointed former State Street staffer, Mathias Marta to the team as a quantitative investment director.
It said Marta had previously been a senior portfolio manager at State Street Global Investors, with responsibility for liability driven investment (LDI) strategies.
It said that Marta would be based in London and be responsible for the development of pooled and segregated pension fund solutions.
