Sean Graham takes on consultancy role at Mills Oakley

Former Millennium3 Financial Services executive director of advice and advocacy former Sean Graham has joined Mills Oakley Lawyers' financial services practice.

Graham has spent the past 16 years as a financial services lawyer specialising in advice, distribution, compliance and regulation issues.

Taking on a consultancy role with Mills Oakley, he will continue to consult on distribution and compliance, but with a focus on the broader market, including independent licensees.

The expansion of the financial services capability will help to provide the firm's clients with more comprehensive legal and compliance solutions to meet the industry changes posed by Stronger Super and the Future of Financial Advice, Mills Oakley partner financial services Mark Bland said.
