RARE expands distribution team
RARE Infrastructure, a specialist global listed infrastructure investment manager, has made two new senior appointments across its distribution team with Nick O’Hare and Hamish Bell joining the team as business development manager for Victoria and Tasmania and investment specialist, respectively.
O’Hare, who would be responsible for supporting financial planners with RARE’s infrastructure product offering, has over six years of experience in the financial planning and investment industry and he is a qualified financial adviser.
He joined from a boutique administration platform and prior to that he was a financial adviser with Income Solutions, a financial advisory firm.
Bell, who joined from Clearview where he was most recently a senior member of the research team, would be now providing investment expertise and technical support to RARE’s distribution team.
RARE Infrastructure’s head of Australian retail, Steve Williams said: “These new appointments show our continued commitment to servicing the Australian market, and we are pleased to attract such experienced and talented professionals.”
