Plan B hires development manager
Plan B Group Holdings has appointed certified financial planner Paul Cramer as group executive - product and distribution, in the first step of a targeted expansion strategy.
Cramer represents the first strategic hire under new chief executive Andrew Black. The former Skandia chief, who joined Plan B in early September, said Cramer will lead the firm in the areas of wealth management product and business development.
Cramer has previously worked for MLC, William Buck and Macquarie Private Wealth in a variety of senior management, sales management and business development roles.
"I am pleased to be able to attract an executive of Paul's calibre to the team, and look forward to Plan B capitalising on the growth and development opportunities ahead of us," Black said.
"In talking to all of our advisers and staff in recent weeks I am even more confident that Plan B is uniquely placed to grow both as a business and a high quality advice provider to clients," he said.
