NEWS UPDATE: Tower Limited appoints caretaker financial officer

Tower Limited has announced that Eric O’Sullivan will move into the caretaker role of acting group chief financial officer, effective immediately. O’Sullivan takes over the role from Maree Webster, who has resigned from Tower.

O’Sullivan was previously the company secretary and investor relations manager at Tower. He has held senior financial roles in New Zealand listed companies across a wide range of businesses.

He has a background in chartered accountancy specialising in audit and corporate services, with a 10-year stint as a partner in the Auckland office of Coopers and Lybrand.
