New practice development head for MLC
MLC has appointed industry veteran, Michael Downey as its new head of practice development.
MLC general manager of advice partnerships, Ross Barnwell, said Downey brought close to 30 years of experience to the role, and had a strong track record of leading teams to success, most recently in the MLC Strategic Accounts team.
Barnwell said Downey's role would see him developing and leading the strategy for the Practice Development team, which works with licensee advisers to help grow their business and implement best practice business strategies.
