New HR product for planning practices

A new human resources (HR) management product has been developed to meet the specific needs of financial planning practices.

Australian Business Consulting & Solutions announced the launch of the product, F3P, this week.

It said the product was intended to offer tailored advice and online resources to enable financial planning practices to manage their human resources more efficiently.

The group said the product had been developed in consultation with Debra McQuinn, a leading human capital consultant specialising in the Australian financial planning sector.

It detailed the features of the product as including more than 40 tailored employment policies, contracts and HR documents, all of which are Future of Financial Advice (FOFA) compliant. and which will be regularly reviewed by Australian Business Lawyers & Advisors.

The product also provides policy and document updates, secure online document storage, an ‘Ask an Expert', service and access to best practice resources.
