New head of residential at Mirvac
Mirvac Group has appointed a new head of residential.
The publicly-listed property group said it had appointed long-serving executive, Stuart Penklis to the role following an extensive internal and external selection process.
It said Penklis brought more than 20 years of experience in the property industry, including a number of senior roles in his 15 years with Mirvac, across investment and development in multiple sectors.
Penklis joined Mirvac in 2002 and most recently led the industrial business as group executive, industrial. He will commence his role as head of residential on 1 May 2017.
