Netwealth rolls out portal catering to mega-monitors

Netwealth has launched a new adviser and client portal to enhance the user experience, making the platform easier to navigate in response to new research uncovering that screen real-estate is no longer a precious commodity.
Joint managing director of Netwealth, Matt Heine, said while some platform providers were focused on mobile apps, it was important not to forget the rise of large monitors and the needs of power users.
“During the day the majority of usage happens in the office on these large monitors by super users whilst in the afternoon and evening usage typically shifts to smaller devices,” he said. “This insight was one of the driving reasons to rethink our navigational design.
The managing director said platform users can expect more intuitive navigation, more responsive adjustments to laptops and tablets and a more modern design.
