MyState appoints Krieger to board
Publicly-listed banking and wealth management group, MyState Limited, has appointed a new non-executive director to its board.
The company announced it had appointed Sibylle Krieger to the board effective from 1 December.
It said Krieger brought with her a legal background and extensive experience as a non-executive director across a range of industries.
Krieger is currently the non-executive chair of Xenith IP Group Limited and a non-executive director of Australian Energy Market Operator Ltd and the Tasmanian Water and Sewerage Corporation. She is the trustee of the Sydney Grammar School and a non-executive director of its Foundation. She was formerly a director of Sydney Ports Corporation and Allconnex Water and a trustee of the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust.
