MFS appoints new CFO

MFS has appointed a new Chief Financial Officer in the form of former WHK Limited chief financial officer, Graeme Fowler.

Fowler will replace David Anderson at MFS who will be taking up a position within the company’s investment banking and corporate finance groups next year.

Announcing the appointment on the Australian Stock Exchange today, MFS said it intended to grow, strengthen and diversify its executive management team over the next 12 months.

Fowler will take up his new role in January.
