Metlife MD heads for Tower

Gavin Pearce

Tower Australia Limited has appointed MetLife Insurance Limited managing director Gavin Pearce as chief executive for investments in Australia.

The appointment was announced today by Tower Group managing director Jim Minto who said Pearce’s appointment completed the Tower Australia executive team ahead of the company’s possible demerger later this year.

He said Pearce would have responsibility for the investments business for Tower and would take up his new role early next month.
