McCann to retire from PATRON
Long-serving PATRON Financial Advice general manager, Rob McCann is to retire from the business.
Infocus Wealth Management managing director and chief executive, Rod Bristow confirmed McCann's retirement this week describing him as an industry stalwart.
He noted that McCann had founded PATRON with adviser, David Hasib, nine years' ago and had overseen its merger with Infocus and the successful integration of the two businesses completed last year.
"Rob will remain a director of parent company Infocus Wealth Management Limited, so we won't have to go too far to leverage Rob's industry knowledge and expertise," Bristow said.
He said that as a result of McCann's retirement the firm would be reviewing its operational and adviser support teams to ensure they remained appropriate.
"We continue to have one of the highest support staff to adviser ratios in the industry, reinforcing our commitment to helping advisers grow revenue, increase efficiency and effectively manage risk in their business," Bristow said.
