MacarthurCook appoints Asia CEO

property chief executive real estate fund manager

Fund manager MacarthurCook has appointed Larry Mendelowitz as its chief executive, Asia, in order to “capitalise on emerging opportunities” on the continent.

Mendelowitz was previously chief operating officer, real estate funds management, for Allco Finance Group. He also held the roles of head of specialised property finance and head of private banking for Investec.

His appointment follows the recent appointment of Nic McGrath as head of real estate, Asia, and chief executive of the SGX-listed MacarthurCook Industrial REIT.
