JP Morgan promotes Azer

JP Morgan head of global Funds Services Product, Marian Azer, has been promoted the position of head of Product and Investor Services in Australia and New Zealand and will join the Investor Services Committee.

Azer's promotion was confirmed to JP Morgan staff this week by the company's Head of Investor Services, Australia and New Zealand, Henry Capra.

Azer returned to JP Morgan in 2012 and has been credited with being instrumental in shaping the direction of the firm's Custody and Fund Services offering.

Capra said that in Azer's new role should would continue to partner with clients and the broader JP Morgan franchise to help define the strategic direction of our business.

"Marian will be influential in continuing to deliver a superior client experience and tailored solutions, as well as strengthening our existing services," he said.

Azer has held previous roles at Mercer, BNP Paribas and AMP.
