Invesco continues recruitment drive
Invescohas promoted John Ryan, formerly a member of its clients services team, to head up its retail sales division, servicing intermediaries in Victoria and South Australia.
Ryan has already spent 15 of his 20 years in the financial services industry at Invesco, where he has gained specialised knowledge of corporate tax and trust accounting.
Ryan will be based in Invesco’s Melbourne office.
Ryan’s appointment has been preceded by a number of high profile appointments at the fund manager. Peter Hodgson was appointed head of sales and marketing, Peter Osborne was appointed head of economics, Mark Jackson got the regional sales manager position in Invesco’s Sydney office, while Tracey Franks was recently given the senior marketing manager role.
Invesco says it will make further appointments to its sales line-up in Sydney, as well as to the position of head of finance.
