Integrity Life has appointed Heinrich Eder as an independent non-executive director of the board, and Mark McCrea and Jacqueline Little as operations manager and head of product, respectively.

Eder joined the board following a 36-year career at Munich Re Group, where he was managing director, Australasia, and has held various directorships and adviser roles in insurance companies.

Chairman of the board, Eric Dodd, said Eder’s extensive leadership and sector experience complemented the expertise of the fellow board members and would help Integrity progress from new entrant to established market player.

McCrea joined from ClearView Wealth where he was head of operations and brings 25 years’ worth of experience in financial services and Little was previously national manager for product policy at ANZ.
