ING appoints Perpetual’s Nancy Fox to board
ING Australia has appointed Nancy Fox, non-executive director of Perpetual, to the board of directors.
Chairman of ING Australia, Michael Katz, said Fox would bring 30 years of finance, international business and risk management experience to the board.
Fox has 15 years of board and executive experience in a range of financial institutions, including at Perpetual and Kinetic Super, and within infrastructure.
Fox has also sat on the boards of a number of not-for-profit organisations, including Adelaide Managed Funds, APA Ethane, Taronga Conversation Society and HCF Life Insurance.
