High-level reshuffle at Synchron
Synchron has appointed Albert Nellini as state manager for Western Australia, replacing Ken Smith who has been promoted to associate director of Synchron.
Synchron director Don Trapnell said Smith’s promotion reflected the enormous contribution he had made to developing the Synchron business in Western Australia.
Trapnell said Smith built Synchron’s presence in Western Australia from the ground up. He added that the state represented 20 per cent of Synchron’s adviser base — despite totalling just 10 per cent of the national population.
This reflected the efforts Smith had put into building Synchron’s WA business, and many advisers had benefited from the experience, Trapnell said.
Nellini was technologically astute and personified Synchron’s NextGen advisers, Trapnell said.
“He will be an excellent role model for the younger advisers we are currently mentoring into Synchron and is a valuable addition to our senior management team.”
All owners, directors and state managers of Synchron must be advisers currently running advice practices, Trapnell added.
