Former Premium Wealth Management chief executive, Paul Harding-Davis, has been announced as providing consultancy to both AdviceIQ and PortfolioIQ.

Davis, who departed Premium Wealth Management last month, will be helping the boards of the two companies lead and develop the businesses.

Commenting on Harding-Davis' role, AdviceIQ director, Angus McLeod, said that as well as providing advice around governance and management, he would be active in the market working to add appropriate practices to the dealer group, AdviceIQ Partners and to the Badge Wrap adviceLink for PortfolioIQ.

"Paul's experience and prior relationship with both entities means he has a good understanding of each and their respective opportunities" McLeod said.

"Paul has a genuine passion for advice and the difference it makes to the lives of the clients of advisers."

"In addition, Paul's knowledge of advisers, AFSLs [Australian financial services licenses] and the emerging challenges and opportunities in the world of advice will be invaluable."
