Godfrey Pembroke appoints new general manager

MLC dealer group Godfrey Pembroke has appointed Tom Reddacliff as its new general manager to replace Mark Rantall who has agreed to help with the company’s latest initiative, the NAB Academy.

Reddacliff joins the role from another position within MLC — New South Wales state manager for sales — where his focus was on building relationships with external advisers.

Previously he was the national manager for MLC Investments and has also held roles in the corporate market representing Plum, MLC and JANA Implemented Consulting.

Rantall’s new role at the NAB Academy is Dean of Advice, and he has been tasked with devising an organisation-wide training approach to deliver best practice in advice.

The academy is currently in the early stages of developing its curriculum, which will centre on four primary areas of focus: employee experience; customer experience; advice; and operations.
