Gillespie at helm at Lonsec
Amanda Gillespie has already assumed the key general manager for research role at research and ratings house Lonsec, following the resignation of Grant Kennaway (pictured).
The company announced that Kennaway, who had tendered his resignation, was taking an extended break “prior to pursuing new challenges”.
Gillespie’s role in leading Lonsec’s investment consulting team is being filled Lukasz de Pourbaix. The company has also employed a new qualitative analyst Ahn Nguyen.
The changes at Lonsec follow on from the recent announcement that the company had been acquired by Mark Carnegie-linked firm Financial Research Holdings.
Financial Research Holdings also controls superannuation ratings business, SuperRatings.
