Gethin-Jones to head Intech

Skandia has filled a key role at Intech Investment and Consulting, with the appointment of John Gethin-Jones as general manager.
Gethin-Jones has joined Skandia after 17 years with Queensland Investment Corporation, where he was general manager, global equities.
He will take up his new appointment in mid-January.
Commenting on the appointment, Skandia chief executive Ross Laidlaw said the acquisition of the Intech business in 2006 had reflected Skandia’s commitment to broadening its footprint in the Australian market.
