Gattung to chair AIA

Former Telecom New Zealand chief executive, Therese Gattung has been appointed as non-executive chair of the major insurer AIA Australia Limited.

Gattung, who joined the AIA board in July last year, succeeds Raymond Jones in the chair with Jones remaining on the Board.

As well as having been chief executive of Telecom New Zealand, Gattung was chief manager, marketing for the Bank of New Zealand and a senior marketing manager at National Mutual.
