Tasplan has appointed former CBUS Super chief investment officer, Trish Donohue, as non-executive director of its board, effective 1 January 2019.

Donohue spent 18 years at CBUS and is currently a director of the Infrastructure Victoria Audit and Risk Committee. She was also previously a director with the Australian Council of Superannuation Investors and also the Investment Management Consultants Association.

Chair of the Tasplan board, Naomi Edwards, said Donohue’s appointment was timely given Brian Scullin was retiring from the board, and her experience in superannuation and investments would complement the current skill set on the board.

“Her appreciation of ESG investment philosophies will also see her bring a different view to strategic investing and opportunities for Tasplan and we look forward to working with Trish in the new year,” she said.
