Equity Trustees has moved to break new ground by providing a local estate planning service in Western Australia.

The company announced this week it had strengthened its national Estate Planning team with the appointment of Stephanie Smith as a West Australian estate planning solicitor based in Perth.

The company's announcement said Smith had held positions at organisations such as HHG Legal Group and, most recently, National Australia Trustees where she was Estate Planning Manager.

Smith will be reporting to the Equity Trustees National Estate Planning Manager, Anna Hacker.
