‘Concierge advocacy’ solution connects advisers with clients
A new online platform has launched, which connects financial advisers with clients needing urgent support to provide holistic assistance from an array of professional services providers.
Australian Family Law Advisory Services (AFLAS) provides support to Australians going through life milestones including divorce, separation, marriage, moving in together, surrogacy, adoption and starting a family.
Clients are matched with the right service at the right time, including financial planners as well as other professional experts such as family lawyers, psychologists, accountants, mediators, mortgage brokers, relationship counsellors, immigration advisors and property consultants.
“A large part of our unique concierge advocacy solution is pairing individuals with experienced, dedicated and reliable service providers that we trust will help them to successfully address their issues,” said Adam Levine, AFLAS founder.
The platform provides a “much-needed paradigm shift” in servicing Australians, Levine described, by using a holistic approach and supporting clients through all stages.
He empathised with clients seeking help due to the lack of services that provide legal, commercial and financial information in an all-inclusive solution.
“Up until now, there’s been no single source of information or self-help for legal, commercial and financial services provided in an inclusive, plain English concierge-like way,” Levine explained.
“AFLAS exists to fill that gap so that people can be directed to the relevant support when they need it, with a concierge to guide them through the journey.”
Moreover, the platform offers self-help resources to educate Australians regarding their legal rights.
“It takes the headache out of finding information and support, while also giving verified service providers access to potential clients who need their professional support,” the founder added.
AFLAS is welcoming new professional service providers as interest in the platform grows.
