ClearView appoints Martin as chief actuary
ClearView has appointed former KPMG partner Greg Martin as its chief actuary and risk officer, effective 1 March.
In July last year Martin was named as appointed actuary to ClearView’s life insurance operations, and in addition to his role at KPMG he has served as president of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.
Martin has more than 25 years experience advising financial institutions and was also a member of the Life Insurance Actuarial Standards Board.
“We are delighted to have one of the most experienced actuaries in Australia as our chief actuary,” said ClearView managing director Simon Swanson.
“Greg’s wealth of industry experience and professional knowledge will be invaluable to ClearView as the company executes its growth strategy.”
