Clarke exits Allco board

David Clarke has exited the board of Allco Equity Partners ahead of taking up his role of chief executive of Investec Bank’s Australian division.

Allco announced to the Australian Securities Exchange today that Clarke had advised the company he would be resigning his position as a non-executive director with effect from April 30.

Clarke had been a member of the Allco Equity Partners board since May last year.
