Chronican joins NAB Board

Former ANZ senior executive, Phil Chronican has been appointed to the board of National Australia Bank.

Chronican's appointment was announced this week by NAB chairman, Ken Henry, and will take effect from 2 May.

The NAB announcement noted that Chronican has extensive banking experience, following a 30 year career of banking roles in Australia and New Zealand with his most recent executive role entailing responsibility for ANZ's Australia division, with specific responsibility for ANZ's retail and commercial businesses.
