Challenger recruits Aberdeen’s Rodriques
Former Aberdeen Asset Management head of fixed income for Asia Pacific, Victor Rodrigues has been head-hunted by Challenger Limited.
The company announced that it had appointed Rodrigues as head of fixed income, leading a team that manages a fixed income portfolio for Challenger Life Company and third party investors.
Rodriguez joins Challenger from Aberdeen Asset Management where he was head of fixed income for Asia Pacific, based in Singapore, having previously led the fixed income business for Aberdeen in Australia.
Before joining Aberdeen in 2009, Rodrigues worked at Credit Suisse Asset Management (Australia) holding a number of fixed income roles.
His appointment is effective from 18 April.
